Emre, a young and committed public prosecutor, is taken to a small town in deep Anatolia, where he is supposed to get to the bottom of the political scandals surrounding a water crisis. Initially greeted warmly by the local authorities, he quickly finds himself in a clinch with them. Emre is reluctantly drawn into the scheming games and finds himself at the center dream of heated rumors again, not knowing what awaits him in this city.
